My husband and I have heard many stories of how buying property can be a nightmare particularly for a first home buyer. However, this has not been the case for us. The process of purchasing property has been extremely simple and stress-less in which we attribute to having a good mortgage broker and conveyancer.
We are particularly impressed that we did not once have to chase up anything with your office. Paperwork was clearly marked and explained and received in a timely manner. All communications were done via email, post or phone. We expected that we would have to take time off work to meet with yourself at some point to sign paperwork – this did not occur as you were on the ball at every step of the way and knew exactly what needed to be done in order for process to be completed as easily as possible.
At times, my husband and I would had to pinch ourselves as everything was running to plan and without a glitch! We feel extremely fortunate to have experienced people in the industry working for us to ensure the sale went through with minimal fuss.
Funnily enough, a couple of friends of ours purchased property 6 weeks before we did and were due to settle 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, they did not have a good broker or conveyancer and spent several hours on the phone and had to meet several times with solicitors and the bank to amend and verify documents. It was quite a stressful experience for them. They eventually settled last Thursday.
We highly recommend your services and expertise to anyone who is in the process of buying property.
